Understanding Mental Health has come a long way. Some argue that it is the newest science, whereas others even argue it is not a science at all. When you find yourself in need to "train the brain," you are most likely to dive into a lot of research and feel a little lost.  Mental Health in Finance has put together a few bits of "peer-reviewed" research, along with some helpful names and numbers, and survey results.
